Job Summary

About the Role

The Program Manager Outpatient role involves working with higher functioning residents in outpatient settings, including assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics. The position offers flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and customers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care
• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain a therapist/assistant license in the state of practice
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
