Outpatient Psychiatrist - Locum Coverage

About the Role

This outpatient psychiatry position requires a board-certified MD to provide full-time psychiatric care to adult patients. The clinician will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and treat conditions such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient psychiatric services during day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care.
• Manage medication plans for adult patients.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide call coverage as needed.
• Conduct initial assessments, medication management, and follow-up with a focus on continuity of care.

Requirements

• Board certification in psychiatry.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and manage medication treatments.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
