About the role
Garnet Health Doctors is actively searching for a dynamic Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art facilities in Middletown and Harris. In this role, you will thrive in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, catering to a diverse and vibrant patient community.
Full-time positions are available with schedules including Monday through Friday or a 7-on/7-off rotation. Opportunities for GME leadership and involvement in our Psychiatry Residency Program are also available.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care in a patient-centric, collaborative environment.
- Engage with a diverse patient community across multiple locations.
- Participate in teaching opportunities via the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
- Residency trained in the USA with a completed residency in Psychiatry.
- Active New York State Medical License.
- Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Psychiatry within 5 years of residency completion.
- DEA and NY State Infection Control certification required.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- ECFMG required if applicable.
