Outpatient Psychiatrist

This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. Location: Tacoma, WA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage medication prescribing and adjustments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct psychotherapy as needed

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in medication management
• Experience in therapy
