Outpatient Psychiatrist
About the role
We are growing our outpatient psychiatry practice and seeking psychiatrists who wish to practice thoughtful, integrative psychiatry. Our approach is grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care within a highly supportive and collaborative environment. We are a clinician-led psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high-quality care. We emphasize an integrative approach, where our psychiatrists have access to a broad range of treatment options, including medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and advanced interventional treatments such as Deep TMS and Spravato®. With more than 220 in-house therapists, our psychiatrists can collaborate seamlessly across disciplines and connect patients with the care that best supports their individual needs.
Our goal is to create an environment where psychiatrists can practice comprehensive psychiatry alongside a strong clinical community, with the resources and support to provide exceptional care with meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing psychiatric care
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical needs, goals, and preferences
- Provide medication management and monitor treatment response, effectiveness, and tolerability
- Utilize evidence-based treatment options, including Deep TMS and Spravato®, when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with in-house therapists and other clinicians to provide coordinated, comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of clinical quality and patient care
- Participate in clinical consultation, collaboration, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Unrestricted Texas medical license with an active DEA registration, or ability to obtain
- Skilled in psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- TMS experience preferred or a willingness to learn, with comprehensive training and certification provided
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable with EMR systems and telehealth technology
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
Pay
Uncapped earning potential: $300K–$420K+
