About the Role

Our physicians are employed by ArchWellHealth and are responsible for outpatient primary care responsibilities only. They benefit from full malpractice coverage with tail, generous benefits including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME, and a state-of-the-art, newly built clinic located within the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care, including addressing patients' medical and social needs.
• Collaborate with a fully supportive care team to provide outstanding care.
• Lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation.
• Be available to patients.
• Care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations.
• Practice medicine in a way that aligns with personal passion and values.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. graduates with a board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.
• An active, non-probationary state medical license.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not required.

Pay

ArchWellHealth offers above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume).
