About the Role
As a physician at ArchWellHealth, you will be part of a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional primary care to seniors. You will have the opportunity to lead a care team, collaborate with colleagues, and make a significant impact on the health and well-being of your patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to seniors, addressing both medical and social needs
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Lead and participate in clinical decision-making processes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of settings
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Active, non-probationary state medical license
Qualifications
- Highly collaborative and patient-centric orientation
- Confident in delivering high quality primary care
- Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved
- Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-growing organization
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
