About the Role

As a physician at ArchWellHealth, you will be part of a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional primary care to seniors. You will have the opportunity to lead a care team, collaborate with colleagues, and make a significant impact on the health and well-being of your patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care to seniors, addressing both medical and social needs
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Lead and participate in clinical decision-making processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of settings

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Active, non-probationary state medical license

Qualifications

• Highly collaborative and patient-centric orientation
• Confident in delivering high quality primary care
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved
• Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-growing organization

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
