We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate. So we should cut out the paragraphs about Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Also remove Ministry/Facility Information? That's substantive info about the organization; maybe keep as part of About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can have sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (Education, Licensure, Preferred experience), Skills (Effective Communication Skills, etc.), Benefits (Position Highlights And Benefits). Pay and Schedule: we have Employment Type Full time Shift Rotating Shift. That's schedule info: Full time, Rotating Shift. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Pay: not specified beyond "Competitive compensation". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive compensation and benefits packages". That's not a specific number; but it's still mention of compensation. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation (competitive compensation). So we could include Pay section with that statement. However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits? But they want separate headings if content exists. We have Benefits content; we have Pay content (competitive compensation). We have Schedule content (Full time, Rotating Shift). We'll include those three sections.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now we need to extract specifics.
About the role: The first paragraph: "About the job: The Patient Care Pharmacist, within the scope of the Ohio Pharmacist Practice Act, will provide timely, accurate, cost effective, and patient-centric pharmaceutical care." Also maybe include the Ministry/Facility info? That's more about the organization; could be part of About the role. But we might keep it separate? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate that into About the role as a paragraph.
But we must not repeat job title as heading. Already not.
Now Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" paragraph list. We'll turn each sentence into bullet points? The rule: Use

The rule: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to make a list. We'll break into items.
Responsibilities items:
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including the preparation, clinical verification, dispensing, and distribution of medications in compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Serve as a clinical resource and provide leadership to pharmacy support staff.
- Promote a culture of regulatory excellence by maintaining continuous survey readiness, ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations, and safeguarding accountability for medications, including controlled substances.
- Support pharmacy operations through effective inventory management, including formulary optimization, non-formulary medication review, expired product management, and oversight of medication utilization to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
- Perform clinical review, interpretation, and verification of medication orders to ensure safe, evidence-based, and effective medication therapy.
- Lead and support a pharmacist-driven Meds-to-Beds program, working directly with patients prior to discharge to improve medication access, provide individualized counseling, enhance medication adherence, and ensure a seamless transition from hospital to home.
- Pharmacists play a visible and impactful role in improving patient outcomes and reducing readmissions.
- Administer immunizations and provide vaccine education to eligible patients, helping improve community health outcomes while expanding pharmacist-led preventive care services.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through medication therapy management, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic dosing, adverse drug event prevention, and evidence-based therapeutic recommendations.
Now Requirements: Education and Licensure/Certification plus Preferred.
We can list:
- Education: Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
- Preferred: PGY1 residency or three years of institutional pharmacy experience in an advanced clinical setting.
Now Skills: Effective Communication Skills plus other abilities: Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and manage pharmaceutical care, including delegating tasks to and providing direction to other members of the pharmacy team; Performs work independently with minimum supervision, and is effective in a stressful environment; Individual driven to make a direct impact on patient care through our growing pharmacist-led Meds-to-Beds program, providing bedside counseling, discharge medication coordination, and transitions-of-care services.; Innovative individual eager to make a meaningful impact through patient-facing clinical activities, including immunization services, medication counseling, and medication therapy optimization.
We can list as bullet points.
Now Benefits: The "Position Highlights And Benefits" paragraph. We'll break into bullet points:
- Mount Carmel Health System recognized by Forbes in 2025 as one of America’s Best State Employers.
- Competitive compensation and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision with coverage starting on day one.
- Retirement savings account with employer match starting on day one.
- Generous paid time off programs.
- Employee recognition programs.
- Tuition/professional development reimbursement starting on day one.
- RN to BSN tuition 100% paid at Mount Carmel’s College of Nursing.
- Relocation assistance (geographic and position restrictions apply).
- Employee Referral Rewards program.
- Mount Carmel offers DailyPay - if you’re hired as an eligible colleague, you’ll be able to see how much you’ve made every day and transfer your money any time before payday. You deserve to get paid every day!
- Opportunity to join Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Colleague Resource Groups.
Now Pay: We have "Competitive compensation and benefits packages". Already covered in Benefits. But we could still have Pay section with that statement. However to avoid duplication, maybe we incorporate compensation into Benefits and not have separate Pay. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation, but we already have Benefits section that includes compensation. Could we omit Pay section and keep Benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to omit Pay if its content is already covered in Benefits. However Benefits section already includes compensation statement; but we might still need a Pay section for clarity? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation, but we already have Benefits. It doesn't forbid having both Pay and Benefits if both have content. But we prefer few sections. So we can combine compensation into Benefits and not have separate Pay. However the Benefits section currently includes "Competitive compensation and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision...". That's fine.
Now Schedule: Employment Type Full time Shift Rotating Shift. We'll create Schedule section with bullet points maybe: Full-time position; Rotating shift.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with
headings and - for lists,
for prose.
We need to decide which sections get prose vs list.
About the role: Could be prose paragraph(s). We'll put a
