Outpatient Office Coordinator PRN -Behavioral Health

Responsibilities

• Ensures office operations and outpatient department programming operate efficiently and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ensures outpatient programs comply with all relevant federal and state licensing agency laws, rules, and regulations, as well as TJC standards for quality care.
• Oversees the work performance of non-clinical outpatient staff.
• Oversees office processes and procedures to ensure a quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) must be obtained within 30 days of employment and before any patient contact.
• Previous experience on an inpatient unit is preferred.
• Experience with clerical duties is required.
