Outpatient Coordinator, Behavioral Health

Responsibilities

• Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking.
• Handles all aspects of the admission process.
• Supports completion of pre-admission paperwork as applicable.
• Tracks and collects required assessments and surveys.
• Maintains supply of therapeutic tools such as worksheets, videos, and games for clinician use.
• Maintains the programming schedule per therapist dictation.
• Supports with charge reconciliation and data entry as required.
• Assists team with patient group assignments and coordination efforts.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
• Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred.
• Experience with clerical duties.
