Outpatient Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist | Lymphedema

About the role

Responsible for delivering and coordinating physical therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and evaluating patients to promote health and achieve therapy goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create individualized treatment programs
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and needs
• Provide direct therapy using a variety of evidence-based strategies
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Participate in professional development and continuing education

Requirements

• Active license as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Lymphedema experience is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to meet visual and communication requirements of the role
