About the Role

Responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans to promote patient health and recovery. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, communicates effectively with patients and families, and maintains thorough documentation of assessments and progress.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Strong communication, assessment, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adhere to safety standards.
• Must meet visual and communication abilities necessary for the role.
