Outpatient Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist | Lymphedema

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist with lymphedema experience to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients through various sources and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapy activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
• Providing direct therapy services across different settings, tailored to patients' capabilities.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Participating in ongoing professional development through educational programs and workshops.

Requirements

• Active state licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with sufficient visual acuity and hearing.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and team collaboration.
