Outpatient Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow for both walk-ins and scheduled appointments; support providers with procedures, referrals, and care coordination.
• Deliver direct nursing care and patient education; assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures as needed.
• Lead staffing efforts including hiring, evaluation, training, and performance management of clinical team members.
• Monitor and maintain clinical inventory, supplies, and equipment; ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment of care delivery with patient needs and organizational goals.

Requirements

• BS in Nursing or equivalent bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; 3+ years preferred in ambulatory, med-surg, or ER settings.
• Proficiency in venipuncture, immunizations, telephone triage, and patient care planning; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Current NYS RN license, BCLS, Infection Control Certificate, and Child Abuse Certificate required.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills; basic computer proficiency required.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 + Sign-on Bonus
