Clear expectations (because transparency matters)

  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 25 client sessions
  • Flexible scheduling once expectations are met
  • Some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs
  • Provide thoughtful, creative, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans and documentation that support quality care

  • Requirements

    • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
    • Active licensure in your designated field, this includes temporary and/or junior license
    • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfort working with diverse populations
    • Ability to set stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
    • Timely documentation habits
    • Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus; training provided)
