Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
About the Role
Ellie Mental Health is looking for fully licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) in Centennial, CO. Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 with the principle of destigmatizing mental health. We aim to break down barriers in the mental health industry and provide innovative solutions for the communities we serve. We care about our therapists as much as our clients, offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance credentialing, and billing so you can focus on serving clients.
Opportunities are available for in-person individual, couple, family, and group therapy services, as well as telehealth. Our therapists work with autonomy and flexibility while being part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- For full-time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Other meaningful and important tasks relevant to your role.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
