About the role
As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will have your own private, furnished office within the Ellie Mental Health Freehold, New Jersey location. Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- For full-time status, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- On track to obtain licensure in your designated field (LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW).
- Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.

Pay
$57,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.
