About the role

The Behavioral Health Services Manager will lead comprehensive outpatient services accredited by TJC for behavioral health. Responsibilities include managing clinical, operational, and fiscal activities while applying management principles independently.

• Leading comprehensive outpatient services accredited by TJC for behavioral health
• Managing clinical, operational, and fiscal activities
• Applying management principles independently
• Ensuring overall clinical quality and performance improvement programs

Requirements

• Masters degree in psychology, social work or other mental health related field
• Three (3) years post masters leadership experience in addictions and behavioral health programs or activities
• Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN or Psychologist
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards
