Responsibilities
- Ensures that company-approved programs are implemented and provided consistently.
- Provides oversight to therapists and offers feedback through performance evaluations, supervision, training, and counseling when necessary.
- Ensures all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards.
- Conducts regular audits on patient charts to ensure compliance with Lifepoint and regulatory agency requirements.
- Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, and licensing).
- Ensures the timely completion of all required reporting needs, including but not limited to: weekly reports, monthly PI and financial audits, required engagement and action plans, and quarterly board reports.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work or qualification by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance use issues.
- Current unencumbered Clinical Social Work or Counseling License.
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) or Handle with Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
- Any additional state-specific license requirements.
- Previous experience in outpatient healthcare is required.
- Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles is required.
