Responsibilities

• Ensures that company-approved programs are implemented and provided consistently.
• Provides oversight to therapists and offers feedback through performance evaluations, supervision, training, and counseling when necessary.
• Ensures all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards.
• Conducts regular audits on patient charts to ensure compliance with Lifepoint and regulatory agency requirements.
• Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, and licensing).
• Ensures the timely completion of all required reporting needs, including but not limited to: weekly reports, monthly PI and financial audits, required engagement and action plans, and quarterly board reports.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work or qualification by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance use issues.
• Current unencumbered Clinical Social Work or Counseling License.
• CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) or Handle with Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
• Any additional state-specific license requirements.
• Previous experience in outpatient healthcare is required.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles is required.
