This position involves engaging with prospective Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to discuss current and future practice opportunities within a multidisciplinary, physician-led organization. The role emphasizes collaboration, high-quality patient care, and organizational commitment to staff development.
Responsibilities
- Discuss career opportunities and organizational benefits with prospective providers
- Align candidates’ clinical interests and career goals with available positions
- Provide personalized guidance to match candidates with suitable primary or specialty care positions
- Support work-life balance through flexible scheduling options
- Offer guidance on practice options, schedules, and organizational culture
- Support providers' professional development and integration into the network of over 70 locations
Requirements
- Active licensure in New York State as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- CPR certification (required for both roles)
- For Physician Assistants: at least one year of ambulatory care experience
- For Nurse Practitioners:
- Completion of an approved education program
- Certification from recognized boards
- Pharmacology coursework
- Preferably three years of nursing experience
