Requirements

Physician Assistants

• Bachelor’s degree
• NYS-approved training program
• Certification by the NCCPA
• At least one year of ambulatory care experience
• Current CPR certification

Nurse Practitioners

• Graduation from an acceptable NP program
• Certification by AANPCB or ANCC
• Completion of pharmacology coursework
• At least one year of ambulatory NP experience
• Current CPR certification
