Requirements
- Valid New York State license and active registration.
- Specific educational and certification requirements for PAs and NPs.
Skills & Experience
- For PAs: at least one year of ambulatory care experience.
- For NPs: graduation from an acceptable nurse practitioner program, certification from recognized boards, and preferred three years of nursing experience.
