OUTPATIENT DIETITIAN - HRLY
About the role
Morrison Healthcare at Baptist Memphis Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $35/hour to $40/hour, free CEUs, and a range of special perks designed to support education, career growth, and professional success.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Contribute to Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
- Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns as applicable
Requirements
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES, or CSO preferred, or able to obtain within one year of hire
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Schedule
M-F availability; 8-24 hours a week. NO Weekends
