OUTPATIENT DIETITIAN - HRLY

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Baptist Memphis Hospital in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will work in an outpatient setting, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours ranging from 8 to 24 per week. No weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide medical nutrition therapy and education to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Requirements

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES, or CSO preferred, or able to obtain within one year of hire

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Pay

$35/hour to $40/hour

M-F availability; 8-24 hours a week
