OUTPATIENT DIETITIAN - HRLY
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Baptist Memphis Hospital in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will work in an outpatient setting, Monday through Friday, with flexibility up to 24 hours per week. The position requires being registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and having a specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES, or CSO.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide medical nutrition therapy and education to enhance patient outcomes
- Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
- Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns
Requirements
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES, or CSO preferred, or willing to obtain within one year of hire
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred, especially for new graduates with strong clinical training

Pay
$35/hour to $40/hour
Schedule
M-F availability; 8-24 hours a week. No weekends.
