About the role

Morrison Healthcare at Baptist Memphis Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $35/hour to $40/hour, along with special perks including career advancement programs, free CEUs, and more.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Mentor staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Requirements

Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES or CSO preferred, or able to obtain within one year of hire

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Skills

Strong clinical judgment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
