Outpatient Counselor (Group Practice) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Outpatient Counselors to join a faith-based group practice in Columbus, OH. You will provide Christian-based outpatient counseling aligned with organizational values in a supportive, community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Christian-based outpatient counseling that reflects the organization’s values
• Maintain ethical standards and ensure accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-based setting

Qualifications

• Ohio licensure as LPCC, IMFT, LISW, or Licensed Psychologist is preferred
• Provisional license options available for LPC or LSW candidates with clinical supervision leading to full licensure within two years (supervision benefit provided)
