Outpatient Counselor - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate outpatient counselors to join a faith-based group practice in Westlake, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, Christian-based outpatient counseling aligned with organizational mission and values
• Maintain ethical standards and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training
• Collaborate with colleagues within a supportive, faith-oriented environment

Requirements

• Licensure in Ohio as LPCC, IMFT, LISW, or Licensed Psychologist (highly preferred)
• Provisional License Program options for LPC or LSW candidates, including clinical supervision for full licensure within two years, with a supervision benefit of $10,000 annually
• Internship opportunities for candidates enrolled in accredited Master’s programs in Counseling or Social Work
