Outpatient Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

About the role

Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Chester, MD. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about leading a team and driving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including clinical staff, scheduling, and workflow management
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff
• Manage the clinic's budget and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Current or pending state physical therapist license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Experience in leadership and supervisory roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and supervise staff
• Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing physical therapy practice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
