Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Director

Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Chester, MD. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about leading a team and contributing to a supportive, forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including clinical care, staff management, and clinic administration.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Mentor and develop physical therapy staff through ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Manage the clinic's budget and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Current or pending state physical therapist license.
• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and supervise staff effectively.
• Experience with clinical documentation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation processes.

Pay
