Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Director

About the role

At Select Physical Therapy, we are seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. This role involves overseeing the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and providing preventative and rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team
• Provide preventative and rehab services to maximize functionality and promote the well-being of patients
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Grow and manage physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Experience leading a physical therapy team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols

Pay

$80,000 - $95,000/year (pending experience)
