Outpatient Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

About the role

Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy services for Luminis Health. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about leading a dynamic team and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and workflow optimization
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff
• Manage caseload and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Participate in the Orthopedic Residency Program

Requirements

• Current or pending state physical therapist license
• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseload and staff effectively

Qualifications

• Passionate about physical therapy and patient care
• Willingness to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program
• Interest in participating in the Orthopedic Residency Program

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$90,000.00/Yr. - $105,000.00/Yr.
