What we are looking for

  • A Full-Time status clinician with a caseload of 25 client visits per week

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating clients and constructing mental health diagnoses
  • Creating and maintaining treatment plans
  • Completing ongoing documentation and billing (to some extent)
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with a focus on obtaining licensure in Georgia
  • Associate, clinical licensure, or being on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia
  • Experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
