Outlet Server - Italian Restaurant

About the Role

The Server is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests, obtaining information from guests, and ensuring a positive guest experience in our Fine Dining Restaurant Outlets.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
• Greets guests in a positive manner.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
• Other assignments as directed.

Qualifications

• Open availability is preferred.
• Fine dining food serving experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of high-volume service, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere making guests want to return, providing each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in accomplishing position responsibilities to support organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Work Environment

Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:

• Stand and walk.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Talk or hear.
• Bend, stoop, and carry/handle/move weights of up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
