Outdoor Porter/Grounds Tech - Toms River & Bayville

About the role

This position involves maintaining the appearance of local shopping centers and parking lots by performing tasks such as debris removal and general cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Replace trash bags
• Pick up debris
• Keep property clean
• Foot patrolling of all grass areas for trash and debris of shopping centers
• Emptying trash cans and replacing trash bags
• Using hand-held blowers
• Cleaning debris from around dumpster areas, loading docks, and corrals
• Cleaning debris along fence lines and walkways

Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Must be able to work early mornings and some weekends
• Must have valid driver's license AND reliable transportation
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this job
• Must be able to walk, bend, and lift objects at any given time as well as drive for extended periods of time
