Porter / Groundskeeper

About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team at Bexley Westshore - Cumming, GA. The position offers competitive hourly rates starting at $17/hour, quarterly bonuses, and a 30% rent discount. Additionally, there's a $1000 stay bonus available after 90 days and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris
• Clean pet waste stations
• Trash out apartments
• Perform daily, repetitive tasks like picking up litter and pet waste
• Light painting and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Support maintenance as needed
• Operate equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
• Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity

Qualifications
