Porter / Groundskeeper

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the grounds and facilities of the property. Duties include landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities in accordance with established standards and policies.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and mowing.
• Handle snow removal and ice management during winter months.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Good communication skills.

Pay

• $15 per hour.

Schedule
