About the role
Field-based position serving customers throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Build More. Close More. Earn More. $2,000 sign-on bonus. Paid orientation and comprehensive sales training. Two-week paid draw to provide financial support during the initial ramp-up period. Fast commission ACH payments after the customer's three-day rescission period. Uncapped commission. Daily spiffs. Top commission pay rates generally range from 10%-15%. Compensation structure: 100% commission with no base salary. Company-provided leads, plus unlimited opportunities to increase earnings through self-generated business. We are seeking high-energy, results-driven sales hunters to join our team. In this role, you will conduct in-home consultations, present custom design solutions for outdoor spaces, and close high-ticket residential contracts. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based opportunity designed for experienced in-home sales professionals. Company-provided leads are available, but top performers will also actively build their own pipelines through referrals, networking, canvassing, and other prospecting activities. 7 Diamond Builders is a premier residential contractor specializing in top-tier screen rooms, sunrooms, pools, pool cages, and outdoor living space transformations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations for roofing, sunrooms, screen rooms, windows, doors, remodeling, and outdoor living projects.
- Evaluate homeowners' needs and recommend appropriate design and home improvement solutions.
- Explain project options, pricing, financing, and the value of working with 7 Diamond Builders.
