Outdoor Asset Manager

About the role

The Outdoor Asset Manager (OAM) builds relationships with commercial clients and collaborates with internal production and administrative support teams to deliver landscape services in the most professional manner. Commercial clients include HOAs, MUD boards, property managers, and building owners across Greater Houston.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Terry’s brand within assigned territory and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare estimates for commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation projects
• Attend HOA and MUD board meetings to present estimates and provide project updates
• Communicate proactively with clients to address any possible questions or concerns
• Inspect client properties regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with the internal production team to implement necessary improvements
• Identify and sell additional enhancements to upgrade client properties

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client management skills, with a passion for relationship-building
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
• Motivation to achieve a high level of client satisfaction and problem-solving talent
• At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• At least 5 years of prior experience in the landscape maintenance industry
