About the Role

This exciting opportunity positions you as a dedicated seller for a defined portfolio of corporate and high-potential small to medium business (SMB) customers. You will hold end-to-end accountability for driving commercial revenue within your territory, focusing on protecting existing revenue streams, accelerating growth, and acquiring new customers. The role combines proactive and reactive sales motions, requiring direct engagement with customers and partners to identify opportunities, nurture demand, and successfully close deals. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, including emerging AI sales programs, contributing to seller enablement, partner engagement, and operational process design to ensure consistent year-over-year revenue growth and an improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Revenue & Portfolio Growth: Act as the dedicated seller for assigned corporate and SMB accounts. Protect, grow, and acquire customer revenue across the portfolio. Drive year-over-year revenue performance through active account management. Build direct relationships with customers and influence buying decisions.

  • Drive End-to-End Deal Execution: Manage opportunities from discovery through to close. Orchestrate efforts across partners, pricing strategies, and internal teams. Ensure deals progress smoothly, utilizing available programs and incentives to accelerate closure. Provide exceptional, high-touch support for high-value deals.

  • Generate & Scale Pipeline (Proactive + Reactive): Reactively support partner and customer-led opportunities. Proactively identify, pursue, and create new demand within your account set. Execute outreach campaigns to uncover net-new opportunities. Expand market penetration into underserved accounts.

  • Partner & Ecosystem Orchestration: Serve as the central point of contact between the company, partners, and customers. Enable partners with deal support, programs, and guidance. Ensure seamless co-sell execution and efficient lead routing. Align partner and customer engagement strategies for each deal.

  • Deliver Scalable Sales Motion & Insights: Integrate learnings back into sales playbooks, programs, and incentives. Track and manage pipeline, reporting, and performance metrics. Support the evolution of tele sales and AI-driven selling models. Identify gaps in current sales motions and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field experience. AND 2+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work experience, OR 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience, OR equivalent experience. Proven sales execution and negotiation skills. Strong account management and pipeline generation & management abilities. Experience in partner and stakeholder orchestration. Proficiency with tools and data (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM). Demonstrated adaptability and a growth mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.

  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field experience AND 2+ years of sales and negotiation experience specifically with laptop and tablet sales. Experience with proactive demand creation and expanding into new accounts.
