Position Summary

We are seeking an Outbound Senior Logistics Manager to own Outbound Logistics, everything that happens to a shipment from the moment an order leaves our facility until it's confirmed delivered, or comes back. This position plays a key role in supporting Pharmacy Supply Chain, reporting to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Logistics (everything from the moment an order leaves the facility until it's delivered or returned)

  • UPS Relationship

  • Carrier Performance & Cost Management

  • Returns, RTS & Weather Analytics

  • Cold-Chain Outbound Shipping

  • Warehouse Outbound Flow & RFID Tracking

  • Leadership & Organizational Impact
