Outbound Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Own sales performance by developing strategies and holding the team accountable for achieving revenue and retention goals
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Renewal Specialists through ongoing coaching, professional development, and motivational leadership
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, identify opportunities, and present operational results to executive leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement best practices
- Manage day-to-day operations, including client escalations and performance reviews, while maintaining focus on department priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience leading high-volume sales or customer service teams
- Demonstrated success in improving sales performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Prioritized experience leading a high-volume call center sales team preferred but not required

Pay
The salary range for this role is ($70,000 - $120,000) inclusive of base and bonus opportunities. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
This role will be onsite at our Reno office.
