Responsibilities

- Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment - Sort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processing - Pack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience - Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standards - Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership. - Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals - Abide by all company and warehouse policies - Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation

Qualifications

Experience

- 1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.

Education

- This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
