Outbound Marketing Representative
About the role
We seek an Outbound Marketing Representative to be part of a dynamic team helping our clients reach their target audiences in the financial services and insurance industries. In this role, you will handle a large volume of outbound calls to industry professionals, generate qualified leads for our leading Market Intelligence services, and share the stories of compelling products, services, and career paths in these industries.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of outbound calls placed via automated technology
- Share the stories of our clients’ offerings and opportunities
- Listen to objections and handle them effectively, persuasively, and with professional courtesy
- Generate qualified leads and pass them on to our clients
- Accurately submit details of every interaction in the call center system
Requirements
- Previous professional experience handling phone-based interactions (call center experience preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professionalism
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multi-task, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to interpret customer needs and match them with related products and services
- High-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time.
This position is remote and available in the following locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Pay
Expected annual base salary: $31,200 – $33,280 (subject to state and local wage requirements). Salary is paid on an hourly basis for a full-time role (40 hours per week).
This role is incentive eligible, with top performers earning an additional $500 – $1,000 per month depending on performance (certain local restrictions apply).
