Outbound Dialer (SDR Support)

THE OPPORTUNITY Techjays is hiring a North America-based (US & Canada only) full-time dialer (1099) to support our outbound team. This is a phone-first role: your job is to work a targeted list, get decision-makers on the phone, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. You are not closing deals or running discovery. This part-time position has potential to move to a full-time position based on performance. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ABOUT TECHJAYS Techjays is the AI Reimagination company. It is an executive-level, consultative sale that begins with business outcomes, moves through solution design and economics, and results in fixed-price custom AI software engagements that can materially change revenue, margin, productivity, or customer experience. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU'LL DO 250–450 dials per day using a parallel dialer, in fixed blocks during peak calling windowsWork from a provided script and objection framework, with coaching and call reviewsDial directly into the C-Suite of companies between $100M-$1B ARLog every call, disposition, and note in HubSpot the same dayBook meetings that meet our qualification bar and hand off cleanly to the AE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Prior cold calling experience (agency, SDR, or appointment setting)Clear, confident phone presence and neutral, easily understood EnglishReliable on schedule.
