Outbound Coordinator - 2nd Shift

About the role

This is a departmental support position that will directly support the execution of Outbound responsibilities within the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This position provides semi-complex clerical support to materials management in data entry, filing, coordinating paper flow and also responds to inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Shipping issues
• Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc.)
• Managing overall workflow of the office including Carrier Delivery/scheduling, updating incoming shipments and expedite requests as needed
• Managing Customer Service communication tools
• Responsible for BOL and Shipping doc filings
• Responsible for executing all desktop adjustments on behalf of department in order to support inventory accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Be able to commit to working 2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in a large distribution facility
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of order management and selection
• Can work in non-climatized environment
