Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of otolaryngology surgical cases with access to advanced ENT technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, OB/GYN, and plastic surgery
• Provide comprehensive ENT care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings

• Round-the-clock emergency and trauma care
• Specialized units for intensive care, acute medical conditions, renal dialysis, and neonatal intensive care
• 24-hour High Acuity Response Team (HART) for critically ill and injured patients
• Expertise across ophthalmology, otolaryngology, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, plastic surgery, psychiatry, urology, general surgery, obstetrics & gynecology, neurology, oncology, and internal medicine

Compensation

Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service

Estimated Remuneration: As an ENT in Trail, you'll earn between $350,000–$500,000, thanks to the fee-for-service model MOCAP level 2.

• Retention Premium 11.48%
• Retention Flat Fee $17,790
• Relocation Funding: $9,000 if moving within BC, $12,000 within Canada, and $15,000 from outside Canada
• Recruitment Incentive $15,000, prorated for physicians working less than full time
• Continuing Medical Education support: $600 for up to 2 years in Trail, $3,600 during the 3rd and 4th year, and $6,600 after 4 years, in addition to the Doctors of BC CME funds
