Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck

Role Overview: This position involves providing specialized Otolaryngology services, including Sleep Medicine, Rhinology, Sinus, and Skull Base surgeries, in a healthcare facility serving a large veteran population. The provider will deliver comprehensive clinical care, participate in surgical procedures, and conduct postoperative follow-ups in inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of ENT surgeries, including nasal, sinus, oral cavity, neck, and skull base procedures.Provide clinical services, ensuring timely presence for scheduled clinics and surgeries.Participate in intraoperative procedures and postoperative patient rounds.Conduct consultative services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with procedures scheduled within 30 days of consultation.Offer discharge education and follow-up instructions, coordinating with relevant care settings. Qualifications & Skills Valid, unrestricted medical license from any state.Minimum of 2 years of recent, continuous experience in the last 3 years.Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.DEA registration. Additional Notes: The role requires punctuality, clinical expertise, and adherence to facility policies. The provider must be capable of performing a broad spectrum of ENT procedures and delivering comprehensive patient care in a veteran healthcare setting.
