About the role
Piedmont Oncology, part of Piedmont Healthcares newly reorganized cancer program, is recruiting a board certified/board eligible Otolaryngologist specializing in Head & Neck cancer for its Piedmont Newnan Hospital location.
Responsibilities
- Support a rapidly growing and evolving cancer program both locally and across the 25-hospital system.
- Support and expand the clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont Oncology.
- Work well with other providers both locally and across Piedmont Oncology.
- Practice in an outpatient clinic setting and supervise an infusion center in close proximity to the clinic.
- Participate in and lead research and care pathway initiatives across the system.
Requirements
- A Georgia medical license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Genuine compassion for patients and their families/support teams.
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology specializing in Head & Neck cancer.
