ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of the track.
• Oversee event scheduling and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of horse racing industry regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management or event planning.
• Experience in the horse racing industry preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• Moderately heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures.
• Work on weekends and holidays.
