ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of the track.
- Oversee event scheduling and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of horse racing industry regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management or event planning.
- Experience in the horse racing industry preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- Moderately heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures.
- Work on weekends and holidays.
